Every Journey Begins with A First Step

          Yes, that's me, Sherry Jennings, over there.  Thought maybe you would like to see who it is that's about to ask for your help.   Why I'm asking began when my husband and I were on a sunset cruise, and visiting with those on the boat.  I started a conversation with the lady next to me and looking back to that afternoon, it really changed what I'm all about.  

The woman, Christy, shared that she and her younger sister were here because it had always been a dream of her sister to see the sunset from Hawaii.  Her sister, Kerry, only had a few months to live because of ovarian cancer and Christy had made it her mission to fulfil her sister's dream.  That's when I decided what I needed and wanted to do: We would help other women suffering the  pain and difficulties of the dreaded C word to be able to have their wish of visiting their dream destination fulfilled.  So, I created the the Pink Pajama Traveling Club Foundation as a way of raising money to make joyful and dream-fulfilling vacations available to those who so deserve their life's dream to come true.

When you join me in the Pink Pajama Traveling Club Foundation, you'll be helping us raise money for those wonderful dream vacations.  One of the gifts you'll receive for joining will be one of my husband's posters shown here on the "His Art" page.  I know a lot of young people put  his bright, colorful drawings on their walls.  Then again you might know someone who needs something for their office or rec room . . . maybe your church.  

Should you purchase something here on the site, once we pay for the printing and shipping, the rest goes directly to the PPTC Foundation.
